I am not quite sure how Apple is numbering their Big Sur Beta releases, but I did just install the latest release titled 11.0.1 Beta. The installation went fine. Most of my installed Apps work great with one exception, the Safari web browser. When I launch Safari it opens momentarily and then crashes. This is why you install a beta release on a separate drive from your mission critical Mac. I did a Restart, but the issue remains. I am sure Apple will fix this post-haste. Safari is such an integral part of the macOS.

I’m experiencing the same thing in Big Sur beta 11.0.1.
I’m experiencing the same thing in Big Sur beta 11.0.1. It works if you open it with sudo, but then you don’t have all of your personalized settings as it is now opened as root user.
Sam, thanks for letting me know that. I think it appears to be a known, repeatable issue. Hopefully, Apple fixes it in the next Developer release.

Sam, try this. If Safari opens the first time, go in and turn off all your Extensions. Then restart Safari. This worked for me. I then re-activated a couple of Extensions and Safari still stays open. It appears to be an Extension problem.
