Some people seem to be having Wi-Fi problems in macOS Big Sur. The connection drops frequently and overall network speed is lacking. I have not had these issues in my Big Sur installation. If you are having Wi-Fi issues in Big Sur, then read this article listing several troubleshooting steps.
