I am just beginning to explore MacOS Monterey, the next Mac operating system due out in September, 2021. Besides stability improvements, Apple has included some nice features. One of those features is the ability to “erase all contents” on a Mac restoring it to factory settings. I do tech support on Macs for a local school, this feature will save me a ton of time. Instead of erasing a machine to repurpose it which takes a lot of time, I can just “erase all contents” and the machine is ready for another person. This article explains how this feature works.
