After you use our iPhones for a while you accumulate a lot of data, especially in the Safari web browser. Sometimes it is a good idea to clear everything out of Safari, to start over so to speak. It is not difficult to do this in iOS, here is how that works.
You clear all Safari data in the “Settings” area. Just scroll down and tap on “Safari”.
There are tons of settings in the Safari Settings area.
Scroll down to the bottom of this setting area and tap on “Clear History and Website Data”.
You will see this drop down window.
When you tap on “Clear History and Data” all the Safari Data will be removed.
Needless to say, you must be certain you wish to do this. It really does clear out just about everything you have done with Safari on the iPhone.
If you just need to get a fresh start with Safari on the iPhone, then you can do so by clearing out all website data.
